Tester – Bluetooth
Job description:
Join a team working on Android Automotive infotainment system, focusing on Bluetooth connectivity between phones and vehicles. You will test features like hands-free calling, phone book access, audio streaming, messaging, auto-connect/disconnect, and eCall.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in software testing with analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Hands-on skills for working with hardware and test rigs.
- Comfortable with Linux and Android environments.
- Ability to perform exploratory testing and think from a user perspective.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and social skills; solution-oriented.
- Driving license required.
Desirable
- Experience with Bluetooth or telephony testing.
- Familiarity with Android Automotive and infotainment systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and exploratory testing on the Bluetooth service and telephony UI.
- Test on rigs (subset of ECUs) and in-car systems; flash hardware to update test objects.
- Work in Linux environments with CLI interaction.
- Document test plans, suites, matrices, and reports; log issues and write defect reports for developers.
- Collaborate with developers, other testers, and cross-functional teams.
- Travel occasionally to Gothenburg.
