Job description:
We are seeking experienced BMC Helix Specialists to support a customer in Luxembourg. In this role, you will design, configure, and optimize BMC Helix solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable service management workflows.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with BMC Remedy IT Service Management (implementation, customization, and support).
- Hands-on experience with BMC Helix (v25.x).
- Practical knowledge of Digital Workplace (DWP/DWP Advanced), SRM, Innovation Studio, SLM, Incident and Change Management.
- Experience integrating BMC Helix with external systems such as Azure DevOps, Splunk, or similar tools.
- Excellent working proficiency in English.
Assignment Details
- Contract period: late November 2025 to November 2026.
- Location: Luxembourg (hybrid model, minimum 3 days per week on-site).
- EU nationality or a valid Luxembourg work permit is required.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement service request forms and workflows in Digital Workplace Catalog, including complex approvals and dependencies.
- Configure data mappings between service requests and backend ticket types such as Incidents, Changes, Tasks, and Work Orders.
- Create and maintain templates and task workflows for ITSM processes.
- Define and manage SLA rules for Incident, Change, and Work Order processes.
- Support testing, requirements refinement, and continuous improvement in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Propose sustainable solutions with a focus on long-term maintainability.
