Data Engineer / Data Scientist
Job description:
Join as a Data Engineer / Data Scientist focused on graph databases. You’ll design graph data models, migrate data from relational/NoSQL sources, optimize queries, and support graph analytics and ML pipelines.
Requirements:
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with at least one graph DB.
- Graph data modeling, migration, and query optimization.
- ETL/orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, NiFi, Spark) and programming for pipelines.
- Performance monitoring and tuning of queries and pipelines.
Nice-to-Have
- Graph ML, knowledge graphs, GNN frameworks.
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IaC (Terraform).
- Knowledge of security, access control, GDPR in graph stores.
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable graph data models and ontologies.
- Migrate data into graph databases (Neo4j, JanusGraph, AWS Neptune, TigerGraph).
- Build ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and streaming graph data.
- Optimize graph queries and performance (Cypher, Gremlin, SPARQL).
- Collaborate with data scientists to enable graph analytics, embeddings, and GNN workflows.
