DevOps Engineer – GitLab
Job description:
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support and continuously improve our GitLab platform used by both internal teams and customers. You will contribute to development, automation, and operations while helping ensure reliable, scalable, and well-maintained DevOps services.

- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
- Strong experience with GitLab, Terraform, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with GitLab administration, Python, monitoring tools, or REST APIs is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Additional Information
- EU citizenship required.
- Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Shift-based role between 07:00 and 20:00, including on-call rotation (7 days, weekends included).
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance tools and services related to GitLab.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments and infrastructure tasks.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and system engineers in an agile environment.
- Monitor systems, resolve operational tickets, and meet SLA and KPI targets.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for code and configurations.
