Head of SRE – (Remote)
Job description:
Lead and grow a team of 10+ SRE, infrastructure, and networking engineers, supporting career development, recruitment, and process improvement. Drive automation, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with development leadership to shape the future platform using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, ELK, and AWS.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in SRE/DevOps; 3+ years leading teams.
- Experience in technical/non-technical interviewing and feedback.
- Strong collaboration, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and recruit SRE and infrastructure teams.
- Improve processes and increase automation.
- Advise stakeholders, including C-suite, on projects, risks, and progress.
- Select tools, frameworks, and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure infrastructure meets security and regulatory standards.
