Job description:
We are looking for a Network Technical Architect to design and deliver complex enterprise network solutions. In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of customer needs, taking ownership from design through implementation. You will work in an environment that values autonomy, trust, and professional growth, while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience
Technical:
- Strong knowledge of data center LAN technologies, including switching, routing, and security.
- Hands-on experience with routing protocols such as ISIS, MP-BGP, EVPN, and L3VPN.
- Experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst platforms.
- Familiarity with Juniper technologies, including SRX firewalls, is a plus.
- Experience with virtual networking solutions (e.g. VMware NSX) and network automation tools is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP-DC or JNCIP-DC are beneficial.
Personal:
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-focused mindset.
- Good command of the Dutch language (minimum B2); native-level Dutch is a plus.
- Dutch citizenship is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Design and guide the implementation of advanced network architectures.
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical network solutions.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, frameworks, and blueprints.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives and network automation efforts using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Git.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to network engineers.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and account stakeholders.
