SRE – Technical Lead (Remote)

Role Summary:
Lead and support our SRE team, improve processes, and implement automation across development pipelines using Terraform, Kubernetes, ELK, and AWS. Collaborate with Ops Engineering and other teams to ensure infrastructure standards and technical roadmaps.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in SRE/DevOps, with team leadership experience.
- Skilled in technical and non-technical interviews.
- Strong collaboration, conflict resolution, and feedback skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team assignments, prioritization, onboarding, and recruitment.
- Support team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Drive process improvements and enforce infrastructure standards.
- Collaborate on technical planning and tool/framework selection.
